Product description

This wine has attractive red and purple tones. Intense fruit aromas, cherries, blackberries and fresh plums combined with spicy and floral notes. In the mouth, the sweet and round tannins increase the feeling of fruitiness and balance. Good intensity, concentration and perseverance.

The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 1200m. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. In this vineyard they have a special way of pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard that delivers high quality grapes. The harvest is between March and April. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26 ° C.

Aging: 3-4 months in contact with French oak.
