This wine is of yellow-green color. Notes of fresh grass, with lemons and mineral notes that give the wine a personality and character. On the palate, the fresh and aromatic leaves a feeling of a clean, lingering finish.
The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 4000 feet. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. They use a special method of pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard that provides high quality grapes. Three harvests are made manually, beginning at the beginning of February, one week after and ending on the first days of March. The grapes are gently pressed at low pressure in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures using selected yeasts.
