Le Naturel is a new project from Vintae, a young and modern Spanish wine company, led by Jose Miguel Terrero (Rioja). The company looks at wines like no other from the needs of the wine consumer and creates unique labels. Such as Le Naturel, developed for wine lovers who are looking for a natural wine with lots of fruit.
Credo when making Le Natural is therefore "hands off"! Let nature do its work as much as possible, as little intervention as possible, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar. The grapes in the vineyard are only treated with natural pesticides and Le Naturel is made without clearance or filtering.
The expiry date is prominent on the label. No added sulphite ensures limited shelf life and they are proud of it!
Serve Le Naturel at 10 to 12 degrees. The bottle certainly does not have eternal life :-). The favorite of Nicolaas Klei!
