Winemaker notes: Classic way of laying in wood of Slavonian oak, for 42 months and 1 year bearing in the bottle. The combination of traditional and modern technology. Brunello has always been a great wine and a pleasure to drink. When it is young, it is rich in smells of fruit and flowers. At age it gets complex ethereal characteristics and offers a bouquet with an aroma of autumn leaves. Color: ruby red to garnet with aging. Smell: intense, broad bouquet, elegant, rich in scents of soft red fruit, spicy in notes of liquorice and tobacco.
Taste: dry, warm, soft with velvet tannins, balanced, very intense, very persistent and elegant. Brunello combines excellently with Italian and intrinsic cousins; typical Tuscan dishes, roast meat, venison, red meat and spiced sheep cheese.
