This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has an intense deep red color. Complex aromas: black fruit combined with notes of pepper in a subtle and elegant style. With great structure and volume, a silky body with textured tannins and a good acidity that gives freshness.
The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 1200m. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. In this vineyard they have a special way of pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard that delivers high quality grapes. The grapes are picked manually. The wine consists of a selection of differentiated plots based on their quality through their yield performance and their expression. They are individually verified to obtain different styles and components to achieve better complexity. The process starts with a cold maceration for 3 to 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation performed with native yeasts at temperatures between 25-28 ° C. After the fermentation, the maceration takes place for variable time according to taste. Total maceration is about 25 to 30 days according to that year.
Aging: 10-12 months in mainly French oak barrels and a small part American.
