This wine is made from 100% viognier grapes on terrace vineyards in the middle and top of the calcareous hills.The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented 20% in oak barrels of 500 liters.The wine is very aromatic, floral and refined in the nose with lots of ripe fruit such as apricot, some mandarin and a slight spiciness.In the mouth refined, soft tropical fruit and beautiful acids and a very light plumpness that give the wine a very good balance.The advice is not to drink too cold (around 12 degrees) and delicious with Mediterranean chicken or fish dishes, Asian cuisine and mild cheeses.Half an hour in a carafe is recommended!
