A fresh, summery rosé with an enticing ruby hue and refreshing floral aromas with an unusual hint of cherry. It comes in a special eye-catching white glass bottle to show off its exceptional color to the full. Its vibrant color and fruity nose give it an original and very distinctive character. This rosé is enviably versatile with food, allowing for extremely balanced and interesting combinations. Indeed, when a white wine is not enough for a dish and a red is just too much, the answer is often a rosé.

After harvesting and the addition of yeasts, the Merlot grapes are tapped; consequently, only part of the red color remains in the extracted must, ultimately achieving the desired shade of the wine. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C and is followed by stretching, light clarification to stabilize the proteins and subsequent filtration. The bottling is done after the second fermentation in steel pressure tanks, where the internal pressure increases to about 2.5 atm for a month until the fermentation is completed. The wine is then clarified before the final filtration takes place.
