In the area of Lugana, where the temperature is tempered by the nearby Lake Garda, the domain Pratello (housed in a papal villa) has 100 hectares. In addition to olives and fruits, grapes are grown on 45 hectares, from which Vincenzo Bertola produces distinctive wines. For his refreshing Catulliano 2016, he used only Turbiana, a white variety that has a genetic similarity to the Verdicchio of the brands.
