Cuvée les trois Clochers has a deep color that immediately stands out with purple sparkles. The nose reveals aromas of black fruit combined with spicy notes of clove, cumin and generous aromas of wood. This cuvée arouses emotion and is comforting on the palate due to its balance and patinated and supple tannins.
The grapes are picked mechanically, after which the grapes are placed on the sorting table and completely destemmed. The fermentation takes place in cement barrels according to classic vinification. The maturation takes place in wooden barrels of 1 and 2 years old.
