MOZ ART Brunello di Montalcino has a ruby red color, with soft garnet nuances. Soft bouquet with fragrances of ripe fruit, musk and floral notes in combination with aromas from the oak barrels. This wine has the fruity notes typical of Brunello with a unique soft elegance of taste. Aging: at least 36 months in French oak barrels. Bottled wines rest for at least 12 months in the cellars.
This Brunello is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes from the Paradiso di Frassina vineyards. Its remarkable elegance is due to the favorable location of the vineyards north of Montalcino, in a cooler zone in which vines can grow in a balanced way without heat, producing delicate and refined red wines.
Anyone who arrives at the Paradiso di Frassina vineyards is pleasantly immersed in the harmonies of Mozart music, which is played and spread between the rows of vines thanks to a hundred speakers, in ecstasy with nature. This is not something born to amaze the visitor, but it is the result of serious agronomic and scientific research into the beneficial effects of musical frequencies on the vines (Vitis Vinifera), supported by the Universities of Florence and Pisa, and from the center of agronomic research in Arezzo, and sponsored by the prestigious BOSE company, specializing in the production of audio systems.
