Pratello NSA has a rough red color, with violet reflections in the glass. The wine has a medium body and a core that is slightly sweet to the touch. The wine is soft but intense, the red fruit is abundant and moderately ripe, with notes of cherry, plum and black pepper spicines. On the palate, the taste is pleasant, encased in a complex and unexpected flowers and fruit, where cherries and raspberries stand out. This wine can be served well in combination with elegant meat dishes such as tagliata or a battuta di Fassona. Also surprisingly good with oily freshwater fish such as zander, eel and trout.
