Excellent wine, this semi-dry 'Cecile' Riesling from Vignoble des 2 lunes. Pronounced, fresh and complex. This wine has developing aromas of white peach, ripe apple, lemon and flowers, we also discover a touch of marzipan and biscuit. The smell will certainly be reflected in the taste. This semi-dry Riesling has a pleasant intensity, concentrated in the mouth and with a beautiful elegant acidity as aftertaste as we know it from Riesling. Try this wine in combination with a creamy cheese, roasted or fried pork. A fried fatty fish like tuna or salmon, lightly spiced oriental shellfish and Asian wok dishes.
